Our Mission
Our mission – rendering the best orthodontic therapy possible in a caring and nurturing environment – provides the foundation upon which we build. As a team, we work to achieve our goals in the shortest amount of treatment time and at a reasonable cost to our patients. We are here to serve our patients and their families.
Office Hours
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following days:
- Bethesda Office
Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
One Wednesday a month: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Laurel Office
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Thursday: closed
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
One Saturday a month: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment and appreciate your cooperation.
Insurance
Our goal is to make your life easier by providing orthodontic care on which you can depend. Part of this means maximizing your insurance benefits. As a service to our patients, Heller Orthodontics will bill insurance companies for services we provide. For more information about our insurance policies, read our Financial page.
